If you’re currently a member of a Medford Democratic ward committee, or if you’d like to find out about becoming a member, please join us at the library on Wednesday, October 18. The event starts at 7pm in meeting room 5 at the Medford Public Library.

Any current ward member interested in remaining on the committee must sign nomination papers, either at the October 18 event or by arrangement with their ward chair.

For those new to local politics, the ward committees are the local branch of the Democratic Party. The committees are a vehicle to discuss and learn about issues and candidates, support Democratic candidates, and advocate for issues aligned with the Democratic Party platform. All eight ward committees in Medford have vacancies for the next term, which begins in spring 2024.
